The property manager Stephanie is the best! She made my moving process so easy I tell you! With a move theirs always mishaps and what not and nope not with my move here to these apartments. Once my lease was coming up and I wanted to relocate I looked into here since it’s close to my job and with the entire process she has helped and guided me! If you’re interested give these apts a try and ask for her she will make sure you have the same experience I did.

Eric is truly outstanding! Their dedication to ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents like yourself is commendable. Their prompt responses and expert skills in addressing maintenance issues make living in your apartment a stress-free and enjoyable experience. They go above and beyond in their work, and their friendly and approachable demeanor is a welcome addition to your community. Kudos to your fantastic maintenance man for making your apartment a great place to live!

I recently had the pleasure of touring with Emily, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Emily's warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease with the stress of apartment hunting. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and answered all my questions with professionalism and enthusiasm.The apartment itself was a hidden gem, and Emily's insightful commentary highlighted its unique features. Her attention to detail was impressive, as she pointed out not only the obvious amenities but also the subtle touches that made this place stand out. 10/10 experience will be recommending to my friends

My time here at Verandahs I would say has been great. Obviously due to COVID things got a bit difficult in terms of communication and use of amenities but I cannot penalize the office staff and maintenance team for something nobody could prepare for. As for the apartment, I loved the upgraded two-bedroom unit I was able to find. I used to be a leasing consultant in FL so I did my research before moving in. We got the upgraded stainless steel appliances, wood-vinyl flooring, granite countertops, etc. (pictures attached). We loved being so close to many grocery stores, restaurants and major highways. I enjoyed the gym while it was opened prior to quarantine and the equipment was great for an apartment complex. The dog park was right next to my building, super convenient! The Amazon hub is cool, but some of these delivery people are LAZY and leave packages laying around sometimes. The main pool is spacious and has a nice grill area. My biggest compliment would have to be for the maintenance team as they were always friendly and super helpful/responsive to our apartment needs. The online portal was easy to use and submit request. I would say the biggest room for improvement here is communication, as it can be difficult to get in touch with the staff at times and email responses are a bit delayed but it wasn’t absolutely awful for me as I got most, if not all my issues resolved in a timely manner.
